The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind Physical Therapist, you will:
* Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment * Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships * Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills * Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs * Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals * Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress
Requirements
* Must hold an active state physical therapy license. * Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) * Reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform experience; strong tech setup (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace). * Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families * Must be authorized to work in the United States
