Your job is simple: get outside, meet people, and connect homeowners with our sales team.
You’ll be canvassing local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and offering FREE, NO-OBLIGATION lawn care quotes. You’re not selling a service—you’re simply creating opportunities for homeowners to learn how we can help their lawn.
💰 GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORT!
* $18/hour guaranteed base pay * Commissions can take you above $20/hour * Earn up to $25+/hour when you exceed targets * UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS — the more you accomplish, the more you can earn!
🗓️ FULL-TIME SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Will transition to 10:00 AM-6:00 PM with Daylight Savings Occasional Saturday make-up days may be required due to weather.

* Walk and canvass assigned neighborhoods * Talk with homeowners about their lawn care needs * Offer free, no-obligation lawn care quotes * Represent our company professionally in the community * Work toward daily and weekly goals as part of a team

Responsibilities:
* Market our products and services to potential customers * Obtain names and phone numbers of potential customers. * Distribute necessary promotional material * Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor * NO SELLING REQUIRED
Qualifications:
* A reliable, motivated and dedicated individual * Ability to work in a results-oriented environment * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions * Good attendance
