Job Description
As an SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in the further development of our international SAP landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders as a trusted partner, lead transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of our global SAP and S/4HANA strategy.
Your Responsibilities
* Analyse complex business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions. * Ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, supporting their ongoing development. * Support business functions in process optimisation and the adoption of SAP best practices. * Contribute to the development of functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies. * Carry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support. * Actively contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects. * Prioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support and coach key users while providing professional guidance to junior consultants. * Collaborate with external partners and service providers. * Actively contribute to shaping the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. * At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role. * In-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM). * Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects. * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage. * Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills. * Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work. * Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

Gross Annual Salary range: 35.000,00 € - 40.000,00 €
Remote working options available, with availability to travel to Moulded Glass plants in Italy
