Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is looking for a detail-oriented Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Every day is a little different at FRE/ACE. You'll work behind the scenes helping keep our nationwide Part 135 airline operation running smoothly while collaborating with a supportive team in an airport environment.

What You'll Do
You'll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy of the company's financial and operational records by:
* Auditing and reconciling company credit card transactions, travel accounts, vendor receipts, invoices, and fuel tickets. * Preparing and distributing monthly airport landing reports. * Building and maintaining a database of airport fees for the airports where FRE/ACE operates. * Assisting the accounting and administrative team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in getting the details right.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * A general understanding of accounting principles. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. * A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with coworkers in an open-office environment.
Employment Requirements
* Ability to pass all criminal background checks and a pre-employment drug screening. * Ability to obtain airport security credentials which includes FBI and TSA clearance. * Must be a US Citizen or legal authorization to work in the United States * Must possess a valid drivers license.
