Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team? L&M Corrugated is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization.
In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by: * Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish * Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams * Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately * Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns * Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation * Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For * Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred * Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
