Weβre hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (think software engineers and product) for a global technology organisation.
Youβll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
π What Youβll Do:
* Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
* Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
* Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
* Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
* Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
* Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
* Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
π What You Bring:
* 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
* Track record in Tech hiring in fast paced environments
* Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
* Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
* Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
