Assessment & Organizational Development Analyst Strategic Talent Development Services — Contingent Upon Contract Award Employment Type: Contract / As Needed Location: Richmond, Virginia / Hybrid possible Status: This position is contingent upon contract award. Position Overview We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support leadership, team, organizational, and effectiveness assessment engagements and related organizational development initiatives. Required Qualifications For consideration under the Analyst labor category: * Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data. * Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful insights. * Certification, degree, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in one or more applicable organizational development disciplines is preferred, including: * Organizational Development * Facilitation * Change Management * Talent Development * Leadership Development * Coaching * Mediation * Human-Centered Design * Continuous Quality Improvement * Process Improvement
Assessment Experience Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: * 360-degree leadership assessments * Hogan assessments * Other leadership assessments * Team assessments * Enterprise engagement assessments * Organizational culture assessments * Individual effectiveness assessments * Team effectiveness assessments * Custom assessment development * Staff interviews * Observational meetings * Surveys * Assessment reporting and analysis
Responsibilities * Support leadership, team, enterprise, and individual effectiveness assessments. * Collect and analyze assessment data. * Support interviews, observational meetings, and surveys. * Assist in developing customized assessments based on client needs. * Analyze assessment results and identify meaningful findings. * Prepare reports and analyses for HR and organizational stakeholders. * Support organizational development engagements. * Maintain accurate project documentation. * Assist consultants, coaches, and facilitators with project-related analysis and materials.
