Position Overview
This individual is responsible for daily intake of all vendor invoicing including the dispersion and communication to all team members for out-of-tolerance invoices. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that the R&M team receives all appropriate credits from invoice disputes.
Principle Accountabilities
* Invoice life cycle - up to approval for payment
* Disputed over charges
* Dispersion of out of tolerance invoicing (quote not matching invoice total)
* Ensure accounts have No past due invoicing
* Communicates daily request(s) needing to be completed
* Communicates month-end targets and provides team updates
Position Requirements
* Advanced Technology understanding and competency in asset management systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
* Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$20-24 hourly + bonus structure
