Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Home & Community Supports / Skill Building Location: Minersville, PA and surrounding areas Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour + $150 Sign-On Bonus! We are seeking a reliable, motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Home and Community Supports and Skill Building for two male clients in the Minersville area. This role focuses on helping these individuals develop real-world skills, achieve personal goals, and safely navigate their local community.

What We Look For * Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) is required. 1+ years of experience is an excellent bonus! * Traits: Patient, goal-oriented, dependable, and a strong communicator. * Education & Age: High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+). * Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to support community-based skill building and transportation.
