What You’ll Do:
* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist * Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety * Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs * Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT * Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques * Complete accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:
* Active Texas COTA license (required) * Home health experience preferred * Strong communication and patient care skills * Ability to work independently in a home setting * Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license * Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
