About the role

Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

As Senior Associate, GTM Marketing, you’ll partner with product, S&O and other stakeholders to bring launches to market, owning full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns for specific product lines or business segments. You’ll turn complex product capabilities into clear messaging, compelling content and go-to-market strategies, and use data to track performance, optimise user acquisition and measure ROI.

What you’ll do

* Coordinate launches: Partner with product, S&O and marketing, acting as the central point of coordination for campaign delivery. Your focus will be GTM activity in the marketing space. * Own delivery: Run campaign plans from briefing to launch, tracking milestones, dependencies and deadlines across multiple campaigns at once. Spot risks early and hold stakeholders accountable for their actions. * Communicate clearly: Turn plans into clear, actionable updates for commercial teams, and build and run merchant communication plans, including email campaigns, sign-up reminders and operational guidance. * Enable sales: Create high-quality sell-in materials such as Google Slides decks, email templates and campaign toolkits. Build landing pages on the Partner Website and make sure all assets are accurate, on-brand and hosted on Seismic ahead of launch. * Manage stakeholders: Build strong relationships across marketing, commercial and cross-functional teams. Influence them to involve GTM early, challenge timelines constructively and keep everyone aligned through regular check-ins. * Keep improving: Support post-launch evaluations and find ways to improve GTM content, processes and how marketing and commercial teams work together.

About you

Essential

* Product marketing experience at a fast-paced company * Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to tailor messaging for different audiences * Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in parallel * Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and comfortable with ambiguity * A creative mindset with an eye for design and engaging content

Nice to have

* Experience in GTM, commercial or marketing functions * Experience with merchant or partner communications * Experience building landing pages using a website content management system * Familiarity with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms
