Food Truck Assistant (Part-Time)
O'Reilly's Food-Court, Carrigrohane Road, is delighted to be recruiting a Part-Time Food Truck Assistant to join our experienced and friendly team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and serving freshly cooked food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced food truck environment.
* Prepare and serve food in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
* Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced food service environment
* Follow all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Handle customer payments accurately and in line with company procedures
* Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and replenishment as required
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the food truck, equipment, and food preparation areas
* Ensure food preparation and cooking equipment is operated safely and maintained in good condition
* Respond professionally to customer queries and feedback
* Work effectively as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the food truck
* Comply with all company policies and relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements
* Previous experience in a food service or food handling environment is required
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, in line with business requirements
* Good knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety procedures
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
* Reliable, organised, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively
