What You'll Do
* Meet virtually with clients to review benefit options and identify their needs * Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs * Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals * Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow within the organization * Track activity and maintain accurate client records * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client interactions
