Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding. * Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. * Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards. * Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution. * Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. * Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making. * Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements. * Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared-services, BPO company, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations * Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. * High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. * Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent * Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB * Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required. * Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection * REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port * REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
