We ensure our objectives are feasible and work closely with all teams to ensure they have the resources they need to achieve our ambitious mission enabling all teams to work together effortlessly.

We are looking for a Corporate and Strategic Finance Manager to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will strategically assess our growth drivers and partner closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to drive business impact. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

About you

* 7+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance. * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field. * Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. * Prior experience with financial and data analytics tools such as Anaplan and Databricks. * Proven ability to cultivate effective cross-functional relationships with strong planning, communication, and organizational skills. * Sound business judgment with a track record of translating complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. * Proactive ownership and a first-principles approach to solving ambiguous problems in a dynamic environment. * The ideal candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent analytical and communication skills. * Prior experience within Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Sales-Led Growth (SLG) technology companies is a plus. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What we’ll offer

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission.
