THE TECHNICIAN 4 POSITION
SunStrong Management is seeking a highly skilled technician specializing in solar and battery (ESS) systems, responsible for advanced troubleshooting and crew leadership.
TECHNICIAN 4 RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform all solar service work * Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems: * Tesla * Enphase * SunVault * Franklin * Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs * Resolve escalated and multi-system issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of solar experience
* OEM battery certifications (as applicable)
* Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability
* Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)
Preferred Qualifications * Crew Lead for solar + battery work * Roof and electrical competent * Authorized for ESS work

physical requirements * Roof/ability to work at various roof pitch heights * Ability to lift 50lbs.
