Curtis Media Group’s WQDR-FM has a rare opportunity to join one of Country radio’s most respected morning shows and partner with multi-CMA Award winning host, Mike Wheless.

We’re looking for someone with the passion to put listeners first — on the air, online, and in the community.
You’re someone who believes show prep is more than a checklist. It’s about finding the stories, conversations, and moments that connect with real people every day. You’re constantly curious, always looking for ways to improve, open to feedback, and excited by the opportunity to collaborate and grow.

Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of full-time radio experience required • Strong on-air skills and a proven ability to create compelling content • Passion for show prep, storytelling, and connecting with listeners • A team-first attitude with a desire to collaborate and grow
