Job Description
Manage Care Operations and direct staff to provide health services to residents of Ivy Gables.
* Educate and empower staff to emulate the concepts of independent and assisted living. * Delegate specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff. * Assist the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures to create the “ultimate” care experience.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, memory care nursing experience preferred. * Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred. * Current CPR certification. * Current Delaware RN license in good standing.
