What You'll Do - Build lasting client relationships - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
What You Bring - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Work authorization in the United States
