The selected operator will support operation and regulatory monitoring of the facility's water plant in accordance with applicable EPA and Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) requirements.

This position requires an individual who currently holds both DSL and WT3 operator licenses issued by IDEM. Candidates who do not currently possess both required licenses will not meet the contractual qualification requirement.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have:

* Current Indiana IDEM DSL license/certification. * Current Indiana IDEM WT3 license/certification. * Ability to maintain both licenses throughout the assignment. * Ability to perform on-site services in Terre Haute, Indiana, five days per week. * Ability to accurately conduct and document chlorine residual, iron, and manganese monitoring required by the contract. * Ability to prepare, review, and sign regulatory water-operation reports. * Ability to attend required IDEM inspections and coordinate professionally with facility and regulatory personnel. * Ability to comply with applicable federal facility security and access procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience operating or monitoring drinking-water treatment and distribution systems subject to IDEM requirements is preferred. Experience with regulatory reporting, chlorine residual monitoring, iron and manganese testing, chemical-usage documentation, flow records, and regulatory inspections would be particularly relevant to this assignment.

Schedule

Routine on-site services are required five days per week. The SOW states one hour daily for routine water-operator testing activities and identifies additional time for inspections when required. Exact daily scheduling will be coordinated around facility and contract requirements.
