About the role :
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.
Key responsibilities :
* Prepare and review month-end reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis * Support month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data * Lead revenue and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis * Review and analyze FRP variances, providing insights and recommendations * Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals * Manage and supervise working capital performance and cash flow optimization * Coordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting matters, including AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations * Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for annual statutory and management accounts * Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools * Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives * Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders and network teams
Skills & experience :
* 3+ years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling) * Big Four and Corporate Accounting experience preferred * Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset * Advanced Excel skills * Comfortable working with data and financial modelling * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience in project-based environments is a plus * Fluent in Spanish and English
