Job Description We’re looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues. * Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently. * Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management. * Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. * Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities. * Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace. * Help install new equipment when needed. * Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.
Qualifications * Dedicated with a strong work ethic. * Problem solver with a hands-on approach. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Well-organized and good at time management. * Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. * Takes initiative and gets things done. * Clear communicator, both verbal and written. * Excited to learn new skills and grow with us. * Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required. * Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus. * Technical certification or training is appreciated.
