Minimum Requirements:
* Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency * Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics (Med Surg) * 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting * Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required * Multi-state licensure preferred * Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric) * Must maintain Medicare active status
