BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at a customer manufacturing facility in Wapakoneta, OH!
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, troubleshoot equipment, and help keep production running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in daily maintenance operations while supporting and developing their technicians.
What You'll Do
* Lead and work alongside a team of industrial maintenance technicians.
* Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
* Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment breakdowns.
* Coordinate daily maintenance priorities to minimize downtime.
* Partner with customer leadership to improve equipment reliability.
* Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
* Corrugated packaging or paper manufacturing experience is a plus!
