What You'll Own
* Own an assigned customer portfolio, driving strategies to retain and grow existing relationships. * Lead customer calls, meetings, and check-ins to understand their technical needs and identify new opportunities. * Prepare and deliver product presentations, price quotes, and sales collateral. * Maintain deep knowledge of the Chem-Impex catalog to confidently match customers with the right product solutions. * Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot, using data to inform account strategy. * Gather and relay industry feedback to support our product strategy. * Represent Chem-Impex at roadshows and industry events.
What You'll Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field. * 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role, ideally within life sciences, chemicals, or a related industry. * A strong scientific foundation with the ability to learn and communicate technical product applications. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A self-directed mindset, comfortable owning priorities, solving problems, and driving results with minimal oversight. * Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.

Compensation
* Annual Base Salary: $65,000 * Annual Commission Target: $65,000 * Total Compensation Target: $130,000
