* Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

* Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all task order activities.

* Manage all contractor resources and supervise staff performance; manage and coordinate team(s) on a day-to-day basis and ensure plans are communicated to team members.

* Maintain transparency and accountability through Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, task boards, and collaboration sites.

* Provide status briefings, staffing reports, sprint review briefs, and other management artifacts as required.

* Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance Branch to facilitate Interactive Release Status Reviews and Release Planning Reviews.

* Inform the Contracting Officer of any expected overburn or underburn; notify of underburn no later than 2 months prior to end of POP.

* Support transition-in and transition-out activities, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and continuity of services.

* Maintain 100% occupancy of Key Personnel positions and ensure compliance with the 12-month no-substitution requirement.

Required Qualifications
