SERVPRO Team Marchese is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This is a people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and a key part of keeping our team connected and organized.
What You'll Do
* ☎️ Answer phones and provide an exceptional customer experience * 📅 Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings * 💻 Run the company's daily Zoom meeting * 📧 Respond to emails and assist with day-to-day communication * 📝 Handle general administrative tasks and keep things organized * 📲 Assist with social media and online engagement * 🤝 Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and partners * 🚨 Jump in wherever needed to help keep a busy office moving
