The Opportunity: Comfort Advisor
The Responsibilities:
* Meet with and educate the customer on products and services * Meet and exceed key performance requirements * Complete proposals, sales orders, financing and hand-off to Install according to company guidelines * Deliver excellent customer service * Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services * Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable experience to win new and repeat business * Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings. * Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees * Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

Comfort Advisor Qualifications:
* Competitive nature and drive to win every day * Willingness to seek success in every situation * Valid driver’s license * Must pass a background check and drug test * Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software * An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
