What You'll Do - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Provide attentive, client-first service - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
What You Bring - Eligible to work in the United States - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Customer service background helpful but not required - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
