About the role
Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company.
Junior Accountant Duties: * Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records; * Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments; * Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities; * Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes; * Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries; * Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance; * Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup; * Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation; * Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Junior Accountant Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. * 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered). * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
