About the role

About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

About the Team

The European Service organization is responsible for delivering a premium ownership experience across Lucid’s growing European footprint. Within this organization, the Body Repair program ensures customers have access to a high-quality network of approved repair partners that meet Lucid’s standards for safety, repair quality and customer experience. The team works cross-functionally with Service Operations, Technical Support, Quality, Warranty and Training to continuously strengthen Lucid’s body repair capabilities across Europe.

About the Role

We are looking for a Body Repair Operations Manager Europe to own the development, performance and continuous improvement of Lucid’s European body repair network. This is a hands-on network management role combining deep body repair expertise with partner development, operational performance and quality management. You will expand network coverage where needed, develop existing partners and ensure Lucid’s repair standards are consistently implemented across Europe. You will also act as a key escalation point for complex body repair and partner-related cases, using operational data and network insights to drive continuous improvement. Based in Amsterdam, this role requires regular travel across Europe.

What You Own

* Network Development: Identify, assess and onboard new body repair partners based on market coverage and business needs, ensuring technical, operational, tooling and training readiness before activation. * Partner Performance: Own relationships with existing body repair partners, using KPIs such as repair quality, cycle time, first-time-right and customer experience to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements. * Repair Standards: Drive consistent implementation of Lucid body repair standards, procedures and repair requirements across the European network, addressing compliance gaps and maintaining a high level of repair quality. * Complex Escalations: Act as the European escalation point for complex body repair and operational cases, connecting partners with the appropriate internal teams and driving issues through to resolution. * Performance Insights: Monitor network performance, identify trends and risks through operational data, and turn recurring issues into broader network improvement initiatives. * Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Service Operations, Technical Support, Quality, Warranty, Training and other functions to ensure the body repair network has the support required to operate effectively. * Tools & Systems: Coordinate the European rollout and effectiveness of body repair systems, diagnostic equipment and specialized tooling, including the Technical Information Portal and Network Management System.

What You Bring

You combine strong technical knowledge of collision and body repair with the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners. You are comfortable working across countries and functions, know how to use operational data to improve performance, and can move between hands-on problem solving and broader network development. You work independently, communicate clearly and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of automotive experience, including significant experience in body repair, collision repair and/or vehicle painting. * Strong understanding of body shop operations, repair processes, quality standards and repair performance. * Proven experience in partner, network or multi-site management, with the ability to manage performance and drive corrective actions. * Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence using digital applications, reporting tools and performance data. * Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to approximately 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with a premium automotive or electric vehicle brand, or within an OEM-approved or certified collision repair network. * Experience operating across multiple European markets and within a matrix organization. * Additional proficiency in German, French, Italian and/or Spanish.
