Position Overview:
The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, solid technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. * Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform necessary repairs efficiently. * Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete jobs on schedule. * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment. * Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Required Qualifications:
* Valid TDLR Journeyman Electrician License (Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation). * Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams. * Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with industrial automation, controls, or robotics. * OSHA 10/30 certification.
