Job Summary:
Helena Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accessory Installer to join our team. The Accessory Installer will be responsible for the installation of a wide variety of vehicle accessories including, but not limited to, electronics, roof racks, running boards, and more. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for automotive customization, and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install automotive accessories according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. * Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner and meet safety guidelines. * Inspect vehicles to ensure that all installations are functioning correctly and meet customer expectations. * Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate and efficient installation processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns regarding installations. * Keep detailed records of installations and inventory used. * Stay up to date with the latest automotive accessories and installation techniques.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in automotive accessory installation preferred but not required. * Basic knowledge of automotive systems and electrical wiring. * Ability to read and follow installation instructions and diagrams. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions (standing, kneeling, etc.). * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation: $20-$25 DOE
