Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 to 19:00
The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.
Salary: £29,511 per annum
On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers
What you'll be doing:
* Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance * Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse * Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets * Assemble customer orders from the order profile. * Ensure the correct amount of product is picked. * Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times. * Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous * Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment. * Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation. * Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy. * The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets. * Strong organisational skills.
We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £29,511 per annum.
