At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:
* Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence * Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely * Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks * Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable * Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face * Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate
No Experience? No Problem!
We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example:

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
* Right to work in the UK * Full driving licence and access to a car * Clear English and good communication skills * A warm, patient and caring nature
