Job Description
Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
* Operates the telephone to receive incoming calls. * Performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, and data processing duties. * Matches and enters invoices for payment. * Reconcile vendor account statements. * Answer vendor inquiries.
* Match up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork. * Matches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment. * Greet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner. * Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts. * To follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures. * Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management. * Shut down process if unsafe. * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Starting Wage: $45,760 - $54,080/year.
