Join the dining team at Tapestry Senior Living - Springboro. You'll have daily, face-to-face contact with residents and help make mealtime the best part of their day.
What You'll Do
* Provide friendly, restaurant-style dining service to residents * Interact daily with residents, offering patient, respectful service during meals * Learn residents' preferences to create a welcoming dining experience * Keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for each meal * Follow food safety and sanitation standards * Work with kitchen and dining teammates to keep meal service running smoothly
What You'll Need
* Must be 18 or older * High school diploma or GED * Experience in dining, hospitality, or food service * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized during meal service
Pay & Benefits
* $14.00-$15.00/hour, with credit given for prior experience | Hourly wage (no tips) with consistent scheduling and reliable income
