We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and ethical brands to support community initiatives through fundraising events, grassroots marketing, and outreach campaigns.
No management experience required! We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and practical experience to help you develop the skills needed to advance into leadership.
What You’ll Do
* Participate in paid leadership training and mentorship. * Coordinate fundraising events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. * Support on-site event operations and build relationships with community partners. * Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring team members. * Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Represent nonprofit partners and clients with professionalism and integrity.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Previous management experience is not necessary.
