About the role

DVM Focus is representing an Associate Veterinarian opportunity with an established companion-animal practice in the South Atlanta metro area.

This is a full-service small-animal practice seeking a veterinarian who is comfortable with general medicine and surgery and values a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position can accommodate either a full-time or part-time schedule.

The Role

The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care to companion-animal patients while developing strong relationships with clients and working closely with the hospital’s veterinary and support teams.

* Preventive and wellness care * Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions * General companion-animal medicine * Soft-tissue surgery * Dentistry * Diagnostic testing and interpretation * Development and communication of treatment plans * Client education * Collaboration with the veterinary and support teams * Continued development of clinical knowledge and skills

The practice emphasizes individualized patient care and minimizing patient stress and discomfort throughout the veterinary visit.

The Practice

The hospital provides comprehensive small-animal care including wellness medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and additional patient-care services.

Clinical resources include digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities. These are common general-practice resources, so I've retained them rather than stripping useful information from the posting.

The environment is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on quality medicine, communication, and teamwork.

What This Opportunity Offers
