In this role, you will use Krita to complete real-world digital illustration and design tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand digital art and illustration.
Scope of Work:
* Create and edit digital illustrations and artwork using Krita.
* Work with digital painting, character design, and concept art.
* Use brushes, layers, masks, and color management tools.
* Create and refine 2D animations and visual assets.
* Complete advanced Krita tasks and explain your workflows step by step.
* Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for digital art workflows.
Requirements:
* Strong professional hands-on experience using Krita.
* Experience with digital painting, illustration, and concept art.
* Good understanding of brushes, layers, masks, and digital art techniques.
* Ability to create high-quality digital artwork and visual assets.
* Access to Krita and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* Ability to explain creative workflows clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A portfolio demonstrating digital illustration or concept art experience.
* A relevant master's degree or PhD in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
* Experience with character design, 2D animation, or game art.
* Professional experience in digital illustration or graphic design.
