Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and charisma * Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations * Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system * Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly * Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each experience memorable * Maintain awareness of your section and surrounding tables at all times * Process payments accurately and responsibly * Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly * Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment * Complete side work and scheduled cleaning duties * Stay guest- and culture-focused throughout every shift * Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant regulations
Skills:
* At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant * Bartending experience is a huge plus * Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus * A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience * Ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts * Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset * Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Must be at least 18 years old * Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
