About the role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software projects for our clients. You’ll be the link between the client and the development team, making sure each project is delivered on time, within scope and with the quality we promise.
What you’ll do
* Plan and run projects from kickoff to delivery: scope, timeline, budget and risks.
* Be the main point of contact for the client, and keep them up to date.
* Lead agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews and retros) with the team.
* Track progress, spot risks early and propose how to handle them.
* Manage changes in scope and expectations with the client.
* Work with the Technical Leader to balance priorities, quality and deadlines.
* Use AI tools to plan, report and communicate more efficiently.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software projects.
* English level C1 or higher.
* Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience managing clients directly, ideally international ones.
* Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or similar).
* Enough technical background to understand what the team is building and talk with engineers.
* Clear, proactive communication, and comfort with difficult conversations.
Nice to have
* Experience in a software factory or consultancy.
* Certifications (PMP, PSM, CSM).
* Experience managing projects that involve AI.
How we work
We’re 100% remote. Our projects are global and involve direct contact with clients, which is why we look for an English level of C1 or higher, and We work on a contractor basis.
