About the role

Join beqom — where tech meets impact

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company powered by Intentional AI that provides industry-leading tools for pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance management.

Trusted by leading global enterprises, beqom empowers HR leaders to make smarter, compliant pay decisions that win and keep top talent.

Role Overview

As Senior Contracts Manager at beqom, you will own the end-to-end commercial contracting process for a portfolio of enterprise clients across multiple US territories. You will be the primary legal and commercial point of contact for complex, high-value SaaS agreements — working closely with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to close deals with speed, precision, and commercial clarity.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of legal expertise and commercial partnership. You will bring structure and consistency to the contracting function — building templates, playbooks, and processes that scale — while remaining deeply involved in the deals themselves.

What you'll be doing

* Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements across the US — including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, product licensing agreements, API and technology partner agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations. * Act as a trusted commercial partner to Sales and Finance, providing real-time deal support and strategic legal guidance throughout the sales cycle. * Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple territories, ensuring contract lifecycles are tracked and post-execution obligations are met. * Build and maintain a library of contract templates, playbooks, and guidance materials to ensure consistency and accelerate deal execution. * Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the CLM platform, including integration with CRM and e-signature tools. * Deliver training and structured legal education to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, improving commercial awareness and deal velocity. * Collaborate with Legal counsel, Finance, and Product teams on non-standard terms, data protection obligations, and security requirements. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the scaling of the contracts function as beqom grows.

Skills & Experience

What you'll bring

* Proven experience in a commercial contracts or legal role, with a strong track record of drafting and negotiating complex, high-value B2B SaaS or technology agreements. * Deep familiarity with enterprise contract structures — MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs, licensing, and related commercial documentation. * Experience managing multi-jurisdictional US contracts across diverse markets and legal frameworks. * Strong commercial instincts — you understand what matters in a deal and can balance legal rigour with the need to close. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at C-level and across Sales, Finance, and executive teams. * Experience building or improving contract templates, processes, and governance frameworks. * Proficiency with CLM platforms (such as Rally or equivalent) and e-signature tools (such as DocuSign); Salesforce experience is a plus. * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a strong plus.

Bonus points if you have

* Legal qualification (LPC, GDL, LLB, or equivalent) or paralegal background. * Experience in financial services, real estate, or regulated sectors alongside SaaS. * Experience with GDPR and data protection obligations embedded in commercial contracts. * Experience supporting or contributing to CLM system implementation or migration projects.

Why join us?

* Your career, your design. Unleash your ambition in our dynamic, autonomous environment. * Drive meaningful change. Build a fairer future for every employee by joining a market leader that is improving the world of work. * Belong to something bigger. Collaborate with a passionate, diverse and talented team around the globe.
