Core Responsibilities - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
You're a Good Fit If You Have - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Strong communication and people skills - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
