Requirements:

* Associate’s Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Youth Development, Early Childhood Education, Communications, Social Work, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence speaking and presenting to groups. * Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to the agency’s mission. * Hybrid office environment paired with extensive field work. * Must have Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance * Required travel up to 60% of the time

We Offer:

* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options * Pre-tax savings options including FSA and HSA (with employer contributions) * Employer-provided life insurance and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) with Safe Harbor contribution and employer match * Generous PTO starting at 19 days, plus 11 paid holidays * Paid parental leave and additional leave options (bereavement, jury duty, etc.) * Tuition and continuing education reimbursement * Employee Assistance Program and wellness initiatives * Mileage reimbursement and free parking * Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Optional benefits including supplemental life, disability, legal, and identity protection plans * Flexible schedule
