The Details * Role: Regional Quality Assurance Manager * Location: In-Person * Schedule: Monday–Friday * Type: Full-Time

What Your Day Looks Like You’re leading quality across an entire region—balancing strategy and team development.
Regional Leadership & Team Development * Lead, mentor, and support QA Managers to ensure consistent inspections and reporting * Train subcontractors and field teams on quality standards, processes, and new techniques * Promote accountability while fostering collaboration across departments
Quality & Continuous Improvement * Monitor inspections to ensure uniform criteria and expectations across communities * Analyze QA and warranty data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues * Review warranty data and recommend operational or construction improvements * Ensure consistent implementation of the Homeowner Guide across field teams
Collaboration & Influence * Partner with Construction, Warranty, Sales, and Municipal teams * Provide feedback to Vice Presidents on specifications, plans, and field performance * Maintain strong knowledge of building codes and industry best practices
Planning & Accountability * Develop and manage the QA department’s annual budget * Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow‑through meet company standards

What You’ll Bring * High School Diploma plus 6–7 years of management experience in residential construction, general repair, or quality-related roles (or equivalent experience) * Strong working knowledge of water intrusion, construction defects, and remediation * Preferred certifications: * TREC Certified * Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector * ICC Certification * Proven experience working with homeowners and delivering strong customer service * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
