About the role
Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Maryland and Ohio. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to join our team in Hagerstown, MD and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.
Schedules:
Monday through Friday 530-730
Monday through Friday 430-730
Monday through Friday 1-7
Position Details – RBT
* Type: Part-time * Pay: $23–$33 per hour * Hours: 10–30 hours per week * Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours
What You'll Do (RBT)
* Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. * Provide 1:1 direct therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings in Hagerstown, MD. * Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition. * Follow behavior intervention plans and use proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. * Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about client progress and session updates. * Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
What We're Looking For – RBT
* RBT certification in good standing. * Able to work onsite in Hagerstown, MD. * Reliability and professionalism in client homes and school settings. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and supervisors.
