What You’ll Do
* Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom prospects
* Schedule and confirm sales appointments
* Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet
* Build relationships with current and past customers to generate repeat business
* Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system
* Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores
* Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes

What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and phone skills
* Positive attitude and money-motivated mindset
* Organized and comfortable with computers/CRM systems
* Customer service or sales experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
