What You'll Do
* Set up and remove traffic control devices, signs, and cones. * Help create safe work zones for construction and utility crews. * Follow traffic control plans and safety procedures. * Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.

What We're Looking For
* Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to accept work assignments with limited advance notice. * Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites. * Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. * Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Prior traffic control or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with hours that vary based on customer demand and project schedules. Work opportunities may be offered with short notice, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Individuals with greater flexibility and availability to accept assignments when they become available will have the greatest opportunity for consistent work.
