* Stay up to date on evolving products, programs, and services
* Review existing coverage and identify more suitable or cost-effective options when available
* Maintain accurate client information and provide consistent follow-up
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Positive, professional, and dependable
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
